I'm sure i read it in a previous post whether it was a flush or AI question i cant remember but i think it read that Longhorns seem to be a little more fussy and dont take to AI breeding very well or seem to be harder to get bred

I was just wondering if this seems to be true with your experience's or if it was just one persons opinion that may have had bad luck with them ?
Thanks for your replys

We've got about 30 cows that have longhorn in them, never had a problem with them getting bred, but we've never tried to flush any of them either, just live cover.

PurebreedLonghorns have a little distorted anatomy. A lot of times semen gets put into the uterus instead of the cervix and goes down the wrong horn. Never bred longhorns myself but I have heard this from a few different people.
