Global Warming my butt! This weekend in Washington, specifically Eastern, We got up to a foot of snow. Western Washington got snow this week. They are lucky to get snow in a winter. It's a national disaster when they do. Tomorrow is April 1st and we should be in growing season. Just when you thought it was safe to calf in the end of March. We have record snow fall up here and the percipitation in the ground is great. It's really going to affect our first crop of alfalfa. The hay prices are going to stay at $200 at ton. :bs:
How is everyone else fairing? Please tell me about some 80 degree weather!

Well.......you asked!!!! High is supposed to 82 degrees today. Got a nice shower yesterday, and everything is greening up and growing like wildfire!!

Give it about 2-3 months here......should be in the 90's and 90-100% humidity!!! Oh fun...........:banghead:

I never thought I would wish for hot weather! I've never dealt with the humidity thing. Are you guys doing ok down there with rain? I think alot of states got some drought relief this year. Our hunting is going to be impacted big time this year. I have friends working in the woods who are finding dead elk and deer everywhere.

well it was 5 below at 730 yesterday morning in mt, it was 27 here in powell at 6 and is 25 with the wind blowing right now(**** cold wind too). At least it smells like spring here, in mt it still feels and smells like winter and we have had snow sense nov.

My Son has been playing baseball since January 4th. He did have to wear sleeves at a couple of games though... kinda chilly. Around here, anything below 60 is chilly.

been in the low 70's here with winds over 30mph (gust over 50mph) nights have been in mid to high 30's. Shot the World Cup Bullriders Friday night, forgot my jacket in the truck Friday night and it was over a mile back through the desert. So I tried to tough it out. Me and Andres(Brazilian PBR Shooter) Huddled up around the light generators. Never been so glad to smell diesel!

Dang wind though, had a bed full of tumbleweeds when I left!:(

Global warming is a scam.Gore is in it because it pays.It 's gonna cost us in more taxes and give us less freedom.I'm not trying to go all political here because unfortunately McCain and which ever Dem wins all are either backing it for the money or they are ignorant.Just another step to get us in a one world govt.And what really pisses me off about it is what it's done to feed prices.I'm all for alternative fuels but ethynol and bio fuels are a joke .They are not efficient to make and put out more Co2.And they are gonna kill our food supply for livestock and humans.Oil unfortunately ,is the best option we have until the free market figures out a better way.Sorry to rant but this one paticular subject makes me mad as heck as feed prices and fuel affects all of us who love this business.

When listening to Rush or someone like that the other day the were talking about how the national weather service and weather channel is filing a law suit as we speak against Al Gore and associates because of the whole global warming fraud. They have scientific proof that if were are in ANYTHING it would be a global cooling. Plus, what did they? Our temperature has steadily increased by 0.01 degree every year for the last 20 years or something like that? BIG DEAL! :banghead:

GRR, And to think... They wated a nobel peace prize on this moron!!
Oh well, he'll probably find the cure to cancer within thew next few years anyway.. So I suppose he deserves it:rofl:

We still have snow on the ground that landed here last November. Its about on its way out though, 31 F today and 40 on Tuesday.
