The Soggy Hill boys were in MO last weekend for a PBR event produced by the 5G Farms crew. If you ever have a chance to get out to West Plains, MO be sure to stop by and see Russ Gant and his crew, it is a top notch experience.
The highlight of the weekend, for me at least, was getting to see the Little Rowdy Rodeo Bulls perform during intermission. Chad & Michelle Rotenberger brought a set of 5 little buckers that really got it on. The young Missouri cowboys were not the only ones excited to see the little bulls from the "Great North Country." The PBR cowboys, contractors, judges, arena crew were all quite excited to see the little bulls strut their stuff. One young cowboy was able to make the eight second ride and recorded a score of 86 points. Outside of that the bulls dominated.
These miniature buckers were the talk of the town both nights. If you have never seen these mini bulls you are missing out.
Also, congrats to Austin Meier on two great rides on Saturday night taking him to the top of the scoreboard.

I love those mini cattle too! I have seen their videos on the net but never in person. I used to have a bunch of zebus and I'd bet a nickel that the bull bucked. At my dad's exotic sale in Prague, OK we had a little spotted bull that looked rodeo as could be and he had a 2 yr old son in the pen with him. They were both 40" or so. I didn't have much cash at the time so I didn't end up with them, but I sure wanted to try em'. We usually have about 20-40 head of mini cattle at each sale. Usually 4-5 bulls or so. Our next sale is January 18-19. All exotic cattle sell on Friday. We sell watusis as well. PM me with your address if you are interested in being on our mailing list:D

Heck, some good riders? That was a close to a Built Ford Tough as their is anywhere. I thought it was great, I even got to go bass fishing with Austin Meier in the month of November, and it didn't require an ice auger and electric heat. Just for the record, I had that fish on shore, I don't care what anyone says!;) The whole weekend was AWESOME, can't wait for BULLS & BASS 2008. Oh yeh, thanks for sending me home to snow and negative wind chills.
