Hi all... I hope it's okay for me to be here, as I'm "only" a fan of the sport; I'd LOVE to have a ranch where I could raise bucking bulls, but that's not in the cards right now.... I've been lurking for awhile. I came across the old site while searching for information on the bull Mako that went down here in Kansas City. What a potentially great bucker to have such a sad outcome! But in all the 20 years I've been following the sport of bullriding/rodeo, that's the ONLY serious injury I've seen happen to any of the animals.

I'm thinking McBride is going to become the third two-time World Champion. He's just Mr Consistency and healthy. I've noticed JB limping out of the arena the last couple events. I hope his nagging injuries aren't serious, but with this sport you can never tell.

Of course, I'm such a fan of all the cowboys, I'd love to see a 45-way tie....
