PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME & I CAN ADD THEM TO THE LIST!! Have had several do so already and it is no trouble at all. :D

Any other questions or need help with anything just call.
We will be at the event location all day on Friday for early check-in and we have someone staying the night to watch the animals, etc.

To answer another question, YES... It is okay for those of you not wanting to load out until Sunday morning, to do so.

We hope everybody is pleased and if all goes well and we keep getting all the interest shown that we've had so far, then we are considering doing another one in July. Its being discussed even, of possibly doing 3 events total and then a finals. But we'll just have to see how it goes.

Sorry to all, I guess it would help if I would have given some directions.

From the North end of McAlester on Hwy 69, take the Krebs Exit ( HWY 270) going East. Stay on Hwy 270, approx. 6 miles, barn is on the left hand side of the Hwy.

This is a 4 lane hwy (270), if you get to where it changes down to 2 lanes, you've gone to far. We will try to have a sign by the road, feel free to call me if any questions and/or need anything!!


**Also, for anyone that can get it, we have radio spots on KFOX 102.5 out of McAlester, playing all this week. **

;) All kidding aside, just wanted to say that we didn't mean to affend anyone, and never meant that we thought someone wasn't as good as their word.

We asked that ALL bull entries be paid, before the event. This is our first event to put on and we want to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible and that everyone leaves happy. Because we are only taking 25 entries, we didn't want to tell anyone we were full & not let them enter, on the assumption that some were gonna pay at the event. We felt that in doing that, at the last minute, anything could happen to cause someone not to come and they would feel as if it were no big deal since they hadn't paid.

In order for us to payout at this event, the way we guarenteed, we stated that this would be first come - first serve, with all entries paid before the day of the event. This also insured that we didn't end up with any bad checks, not saying that would happen, but its better all the way around, for everyone, to have all this taken care of, prior to the event.

The bullriders, or the owners, paying the rider fees were given the option of paying at check-in, the day of the event, but it was made clear that it would be CASH ONLY, this being for the same reasons as stated above. This worked out well and we have less than half to be paid. Thank you so much to everyone.

For future reference, this is the way all entry fees, for all events that we put on, will be done. FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE, with all fees paid BEFORE the day of the event.

With this being said, we hope everyone understands & again, this was in NO-WAY meant to affend anyone.
