Since Mrs Bittersweet brought up the subject of Customer satisfaction, I figured I would post some good readin' on the subject:

Exceptional customer service and good product value results in greater customer retention, which in turn results in higher profitability. Customer loyalty is a major contributor to sustainable profit growth. To achieve success, you must make superior service second nature of your organization.

Sadly, mature companies often forget or forsake the thing that made them successful in the first place: a customer-centric business model.

They lose focus on the customer and start focusing on the bottom line and quarterly results. They look for ways to cut costs or increase revenues, often at the expense of the customer.

They forget that satisfying customer needs and continuous value innovation is the only path to sustainable growth. This creates opportunities for new, smaller companies to emulate and improve upon what made their bigger competitors successful in the first place and steal their customers.

Well put. The company I work for is growing because we have better customer care than the competitors!!!!! Lefty I think he is talking about all the companies that think the are indistructible and do not listen to the employees or the customers. These are mostly the companies that are or want to become a monoply!!!!!

It takes someone that understands the importance of the customer to run a successful business. If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will!

Long and short of the deal the Big Boys are running it just the way they want it and do not care what we think. I was just told to get over it and if not though C??? and that explains why things are the way they are and going to continue to be. It fits what they want it to be and we have to roll with the flow. Read the rules it is a private corp. and they can refuse service to who ever they want to. #5 General Rules page 3. So we all have to play nice from now on. Good luck getting them to listen Jeremy.

It's pretty simple. They are not selling stocks, so we pretty much have to do as we are told! I have noticed since the CBR has generated some magazines up north here, I have heard serveral say they would love to see that association of small breeders grow. Tell us Wes, is there a registery in the works???

Went to a theater this past weekend to watch a flick. Ain't been to a movie in 2 maybe 3 years (wanted to see 'Taken') after 15 minutes in line to pay $5 for a $1.09 soda I got a refund and WALKED out. Kinda simple I'd think?
