As a condition to acceptance of this entry the undersigned hereby releases and will hold harmless Texas Breeder’s Classic Elite Futurity, Bar F Productions, Inc., the National Bucking Bull Association (NBBA) any attending veterinarian or affiliate, their heirs, partners and or agents, from any and all loss, claims, damages or suits arising from or related to any accident, death or injury, including resulting from NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE to any person or livestock associated with this entry or involved with this entry, including any injury to any rider in this event. By signing below, I understand that is is mandatory that all money earning bulls placing and a reasonable number of alternate bulls in this event, will be mouthed and I understand that the event veterinarian’s ruling is FINAL and there is NO APPEALS PROCESS. In addition, I understand that all bulls arriving at the Texas Breeders Classic Elite Futurity must have their horns tipped to the size of a quarter and that if my bull arrives without his horns tipped to the size of a quarter, I will face disqualification and forfeit all entry fees. Also by signing below, the said party agrees to the terms and conditions of said event and agrees to abide by and follow ALL Standing Rules and Bylaws of the National Bucking Bull Association.
