581 was sold to the Shippy's by Anchor Bull Company. I spoke with Waylon Hart this morning. He's really pleased with his yearling calves.

I have some yearling calves out of 581. We bucked some the other day I was very pleased. Out of about 100 yearling bull calves from various sires we have picked out 15 to really push this coming winter. There are at least 3 of those fifteen out of 581 and maybe 2 or 3 more when we have the blood work done. I love the way his calves look also they are really tight and have nice conformation. 581 is not a very big bull but we crossed him on some bigger cows and I am very pleased with the results. We also have some nice babies out of him and AI'd several cows back to him this year. If you will Email me at waylonhart5@gmail.com I will send you some pics.

Actually, I bought #581 from Anchor bull company and then sold him to Randy after we decided that our partnering on him wasn't gonna work due to breeding conflicts. So we split the semen collection. I will be AI' ng to him this spring. Look forward to seeing his calves.

He is a Little bull around 1200# We put him on 30 head of Big cows mostly Ruby Red and #770 daughters. We also A.I.ed a couple hfr. to him. We are looking forward to his calves. I'm not for sure but I think Tom Teague's PBR shortround bull Bones is by him.

Thanks, I was thinking Tom had a son by #581 that won a couple Fut. a couple years ago that was a Black White face. I though that Bones may have been him I guess I was wrong. :oopz:

I think he will cross good on my 181 daughters as well. not gonna put him any of our roach bred stuff, just to keep the size. I sure like him.

Tom did have a calf out of him I think his brand # is 475. He won the Futurity at Sonny Williams and qualified for the world finals. I ask Boyce Knox about the bull not too long ago and he said the bull was bucking very well.
