Dalton, what do you like, thats the place to start, after all you are the one that is going to raise em !. everyone on here are really good about helping you out and they all have different bloodlines and there is no really bad bloodlines just remember each animal is an individual scott

remember its all about quality, not quanity. up in your area there are several great programs, from katich from going down into california to kish etc. I would also look into buying something from either the roach, lyons or even mayo is fixing to be selling alot of heifers and they all have great programs as far as the plummer blood lines. In the end though it just comes down to what you want.

In your area i'd contact Gary Long, Jack or Marty Mclean, Kattich, Bev Mcdaniels, or Greg Oules. They are all in Washington and pretty close to you. My friend Tyler Simi in benton city has a herd of almost pure Hemsted stuff out of Cali.
In Idaho Dale Loseke has a nice herd and would sell you some real nice heifer's at a reasonable price.
You could also look up Holden Bucking bull's in Chelan. Good luck.

Then it'd be foolish not to start at the Mcdaniels ranch. Plus you ought to see Greg Oules Classic bull they raised. He's the rankest bull i've seen in person all year.
