:) looksWEST Productions and the Stockyards Championship Rodeo are excited to announce the "COWTOWN CHALLENGE 3 Year Old Only Classic Series". This series will take place every Friday night in August (5 weeks) in Fort Worth, Texas with a Series Finals on September 5th.

:) The event will feature 30 three year old bulls that have not won money at an ABBI, NBBA or OPEN Classic or Derby. It will be a bring your own rider event. Fees are $575 plus $75 rider fees = Total $650. With 30 bulls entered, the event will pay 7 places and 1st place will pay $3487. (See ground rules for more details)

:) This should be a great opportunity to showcase your 3 year olds against other 3 year olds, not to mention the chance to enjoy the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.

:) Check out all the details by clicking the link below. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

:) Books Open July 1st and Close July 21st.

Thats a great idea to limit to non money earners! I wish it was out here in California. Any chance you might be interested in putting on one out here Randy? I help and I know where we can have it. The breeders out here are starving for some events for the younger bulls

I WOULD LOVE TO ATTEND BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE THERE BUT I HAVE A QUESTION ...

I HAVE A BULL THAT WAS BUCKED ONCE AT HOME WITH A DUMMY WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER , A YEAR LATER WE CAUGHT HIM UP AND ENTERED HIM IN AN OPEN DEAL AND DANG IF HE DIDNT PLACE ... IT WAS WAY DOWN THE LINE BUT HE DID IN FACT WHEN A CHECK FOR ABOUT $ 100.00 ... MY QUESTION IS , IS THIS BULL INELIGIBLE TO COMPETE IN THIS TYPE OF EVENT ???

THANKS IN ADVANCE AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOME EVENTS EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI

Trae, thanks for your question and I appreciate you're being honest about the bull having won $100.

I would like to clarify that the rule is. . . . .your bull can not have won money as a three year old, this year, at an ABBI, NBBA or OPEN event.

The Cowtown Challenge is designed to showcase 3 year old bulls who have NOT won money during their three year old year.

:) Getting lots of calls and interest in the Cowtown Challenge! Looks like this is gonna shape up to be a great series event. Should be a great bullriding, too! Call if you have any questions!

:) Books close July 21st. Log onto the website below for an entry form

:) I would like to clarify the ground rule concerning age verification. The rules state that all bulls must be EID tagged. Age verification will include NBBA bulls that were age verified as a two year old or an approved NBBA validation, with or without an EID tag.
