I seen where Paulo Crimber is scheduled for surgery tomorrow, Friday, for his injury from the Orlando event. He re-broke the C1 vertebra in his neck, plus broke his collar bone.
Let's Keep him in our prayers for a speedy recovery. he will probably be out for a very long time, if hes able to return at all. I have always enjoyed watching him ride and it saddens me this has happened. SR

I got an email from the pbr website about Paulo's injury. Tandy figures he'll be out for between six months and a year. It'll be six months before they have any idea whether he'll be able to ride again. Hopefully, he'll come through this fine, and be able to continue riding.

That wreck was scary to watch, to say the least. Each time they replayed it, I had to close my eyes. There is no one that I would wish anything like this on (well, maybe Ingrid Newkirk or Steve Hindi :oopz: --did I say that out loud??), but Paulo seems to be one of the few riders who doesn't throw temper tantrums, always has a smile for a fan.... He just seems like a very likeable guy. I thank God that the injury, while possibly career-ending, was not fatal, and that Paulo will be able to continue dancing and enjoy playing with his children for years to come.

Paulo is also one of my favorites..... Sometime it seemed as though he had velcro on the seat of his pants!!!!! Best wishes, and prayers from here. Cindy
